What we collect

When you use a form we receive what you type (name, company, country, email, project or company details) and any files you attach, such as a BOM, drawings or a company profile. We do not ask for or store payment details.

How forms are delivered

Forms are sent by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Your submission passes through their servers to our inbox. Analytics use Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare, which may set cookies or collect anonymous usage data.

How we use it

Buyer RFQs are used to match your project with up to 3 factories. We share your project details only with the factories you approve, and if you request an NDA we sign it before any BOM or design file is shared. Factory and vendor registrations are used to match them with relevant RFQs. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to .
