BoxBuild VN connects electronics OEMs and hardware companies in the US, Europe, Japan, Korea and Singapore with Vietnamese EMS factories that can build their product. We are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are not a factory and we do not favour any factory.
What we do
- Reads every RFQ and checks what the box build needs: PCBA class, cable work, enclosure, test, certifications and volume
- Matches it with up to 3 Vietnamese EMS factories whose declared capability fits
- Signs an NDA with you on request before your BOM or design files go to any factory
- Replies within 24 business hours
What we do not do
- Own, run or invest in any factory
- Build, inspect or ship your product
- Take a commission on your order or mark up factory prices
- Hold payments or sign production contracts on your behalf
Free for buyers, paid by factories
Buyers pay nothing to send an RFQ or to be matched. EMS factories pay for the matched RFQs they choose to receive. Because we earn nothing from the size of your order, we have no reason to push you toward a larger or more expensive factory.
How factories are selected
Factories register their capability with us: lines and equipment, workmanship class, certifications, test capability, export markets and typical volumes. We ask for certificate copies and equipment lists, and match each RFQ on the capability it needs, not on the lowest price.
You should still do your own due diligence before you place an order: check certificates with the issuing body, ask for a video walkthrough or visit, and start with a sample or first-article build. Our guide on vetting an EMS provider explains how.
